How do I get an Aeries Student or Parent account?
When an email address is entered into Aeries, accounts are created automatically.
Parent accounts are entered based on information provided by the parents.

What if I don't know my username?
For students, see one of your teachers.

What if I forgot my password or have never logged in?
Click the "Forgot Password?" link on the login page and a link will be sent to your email. The email will walk you through the process.

How do I change my password?
Once logged in, click "options" to change your password.

Can I add separate emails to view student progress?
Yes. Notify your school's office and let them know that you want another person in your child's contact records to have viewable access.

I still can't get into my portal account. What do I do?
Contact your school's office staff and confirm that the email is the one in your child's Aeries profile.
