Community Schools
Partnership Program

The California Community Schools Partnership Program (CCSPP) helps schools work with community agencies and local governments to align resources and improve student outcomes. These partnerships provide an integrated focus on academics, health and social services, youth and community development, and community engagement, strengthening schools as community hubs that meet the needs of students and families.
