Become a Volunteer at VCUSD

Whether they’re assisting in classrooms, chaperoning a field trip, or helping at a district-wide event, volunteers play a vital role in Vallejo City Unified School District's mission of delivering a high-quality education to every student.

Step 2: Complete the Application

Complete the volunteer application online.

  • The application requires your TB clearance date. The form will be collected once you have completed the paperwork process.

  • Print the forms from the link shown after your application is submitted. If you do not have access to a printer, please stop by Human Resources to pick up a copy.

Note: If you answered "yes" to any question regarding your background, please provide a written statement that includes details about the circumstances, dates, names, cause, and any sentence or fine. Failure to submit the written statement may delay the process and could prevent you from becoming a volunteer. Send the statement to HR@vcusd.org with the subject line "Volunteer Background Statement."
