Budget

The Budget Analysts are responsible for maintaining budget records based on the state budget prepared by the Governor and approved by the Legislature.

The analysts assist school sites and departments with transfers within their individual budgets when needed. If a school site or department has a question about budget codes (if a code is valid, what code to use in a given situation, etc.), the Budget Analyst are able to help them. The Budget Analysts are also responsible for monitoring position control and helping make sure that school site (and department) staffing is up-to-date and accurately reflected in the District's financial management system.
