We are responsible for the line-item budget and performs various tasks related to budget analysis and development, position control, and financial management. Budget Analysts are responsible for maintaining budget records based on the state budget prepared by the Governor and approved by the Legislature. Analysts assist school sites and departments with transfers within their individual budgets when needed. If a school site or department has a question about budget codes (if a code is valid, what code to use in a given situation, etc.), Budget Analysts are available to help.
