The Purchasing Department is committed to supporting all school sites and departments by procuring equipment, supplies, and services. We support the district’s mission, vision, values, and goals while serving internal and external customers and advancing the educational goals of our students.

Purchasing Forms

The purchasing department serves as a link between the district and the vendors and contractors we work with, fostering professional relationships through ethical purchasing practices. The department continually ensures the best price and quality of products and services utilizing competitive bidding and clear specifications. By board resolution and policy, the purchasing department is the sole authority to obligate the district for payment of materials and equipment.
