A Night to Remember: Dia de Los Muertos Celebration
When you stepped through the doors, you were greeted by the colorful altars (ofrendas) filled with marigolds, candles, and sweet treats—a true celebration of life and memories. Students and teachers got creative with face painting, decorating beautiful sugar skulls, and making alebrijes!
We had an amazing DJ, dance performances, and even some traditional Mexican snacks. The highlight? Our community ofrenda, where everyone added a photo or memento to celebrate the lives of loved ones who have passed.
Thank you, Ms. Romero-Hernandez and Cave staff, for bringing this event together, and to everyone who donated, participated, helped set up, and made this night unforgettable! We can't wait to do it all over again next year!
