Appeals and Enforcement of Interdistrict Transfer Denials
An appeal of an interdistrict transfer denial is the formal process by which a parent or legal guardian challenges the rejection of a student's request to attend a school outside their district of residence. The appeal process provides families the opportunity to present additional information or evidence supporting their request. The reviewing authority will assess whether the denial adheres to district policies, educational laws, and the best interests of the student. The appeal application window will be open from Thursday, April 9, through Friday, April 24.
